WHAT WE DID

The team developed a series of culinary events and innovative initiatives that were used to target media and elevate awareness for Costa Rica as a culinary destination. The Guest Chefs program was created to bring chefs from major US cities to the Cayuga hotels for a week at a time to cook for guests and assist in training the staff on new menu items.
